Senior Manager – Business Development.
About the Role.
TalentiFi-X is growing - and we're looking for a high-impact Senior Manager – Business Development to lead our growth across India's staffing market.
This is a role for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close. If you have a decade of experience in staffing sales, an established network in India's enterprise ecosystem, and the drive to build something meaningful - we'd like to talk.
What You'll Do.
- —Drive new business acquisition across domestic staffing and staff augmentation
- —Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and pitching to closure and collections
- —Build lasting relationships with procurement, sourcing, and leadership stakeholders
- —Identify and manage RFP / RFI / RFQ opportunities end-to-end
- —Lead market research, cold outreach, and strategic lead-generation initiatives
- —Represent TalentiFi-X at industry forums, webinars, and networking events
- —Engage CXOs and key decision-makers to establish TalentiFi-X as a preferred staffing partner
- —Manage pipeline health, drive consistent follow-ups, and hit revenue targets
- —Enable Tier-1 vendor onboarding with mid to large enterprise and Fortune 1000 clients
What We're Looking For.
- —Proven BD / Inside Sales track record within staffing
- —Strong background in Domestic Staffing / Staff Augmentation
- —Hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, and enterprise sales
- —Familiarity with RFP / RFI / RFQ processes
- —Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- —A demonstrated ability to achieve and scale revenue consistently
